Appointments are flexible - because grief isn’t scheduled.
We encourage families to book even if they’re unsure. You can change the time, postpone, or cancel - as many times as needed. There is no pressure.
Most appointments are 2 hours long, and we’ll always make space if you'd like to slow down or include a meaningful moment before or after. Whether you want to be alone with your pet afterward, or ask us to return the next day to collect them - we’ll do what’s right for you.
Angel Wings exists so your goodbye doesn’t have to be rushed. You are not a case number. Your pet is not a task.
This is a goodbye. We’ll take our time.
Below, you'll find everything you need to know about how to arrange a visit with Angel Wings. This includes how to reach out, what to do in an emergency, the information we will need from you, and a simple breakdown of costs for euthanasia and afterlife care. You’ll also find a list of the areas currently covered.
If you’re here planning ahead, please know that you're not alone. Ali will guide you through every step with kindness and care.
At Angel Wings, visits aren’t booked online. This is because the decision to say goodbye is deeply personal and must be guided with care.
Ali, the vet behind Angel Wings, handles each case herself.
As a qualified veterinary surgeon, she needs to understand your pet’s situation before arranging an appointment - whether it’s urgent or something that can wait.
Every pet is different, and Ali will help you decide what’s best with compassion and honesty.
Please WhatsApp or call Ali if you think your pet may need her help.
Ali keeps her phone on silent when she’s with a family, so if there’s a delay, please know she will get back to you as soon as she can.
Call or WhatsApp straight away. Don’t wait for a reply to a text message.
Emergencies include:
