Standard Angel Wings appointments are already longer than most - around 2 hours - including gentle sedation, the final injection, paw prints, hair clippings, and afterlife care.

Bespoke Euthanasia extends this time or reshapes it entirely based on what feels right to you.

We can talk through your wishes beforehand

Ali encourages all families to speak openly with her about how they envision the goodbye - no matter how small or specific the detail.

These conversations help us prepare and honour your pet properly.

There is no such thing as a strange request when it comes to love.

Booking and changing your mind

You are always welcome to book in advance - even if you’re not sure you’ll go through with it.

You can cancel or reschedule as many times as needed. I understand.

We offer longer or specially arranged appointments when families wish to say goodbye in their own way. These may carry a small extra fee - not because time should cost more, but because love often needs more space. We will always let you know in advance and work around your needs.

Can we say goodbye over more than one visit?

Yes. Some families wish to spend the final day or night with their pet and have the vet return the next day to bring them into our care. This is something we can plan together.

Can I include a spiritual or cultural element?

Yes - whether it’s a prayer, music, symbolic object, or a quiet tradition unique to your family.

Can each child have their moment to say goodbye?

Absolutely. Ali encourages this. She can be present quietly or step away as needed. We can build in time for each child to sit with, speak to, or hold your pet if you wish.

Can the appointment take place outdoors?

Yes, if your pet is comfortable and the weather is suitable. Some families choose the garden or a peaceful spot nearby. In this case, we might combine Bespoke and In-Nature Euthanasia

What if I feel unsure on the day?

That’s okay. Ali will never proceed until you are ready. You can take all the time you need to talk, ask questions, or even postpone.

Can I combine this with cremation services?

Yes. Bespoke Euthanasia can include afterlife care - Ali will take your pet with her or return later, depending on your wishes.

Is Bespoke Euthanasia suitable for emergencies?

If time allows, yes - but in very urgent situations, we may focus on immediate comfort.

That said, Ali always carries the same care and presence, no matter the timeframe.
