Yes. We offer a body collection service for pets who have passed on their own. Your pet will be transported gently and respectfully to the crematorium.
Cremation, ashes return, and keepsakes can be arranged at additional cost.
Yes. Costs depend on the type of cremation chosen, your pet’s body weight, and any additional services requested (such as ashes return, keepsakes, or travel).
Individual cremation means your pet is cremated on their own, and their ashes are returned to you in a vessel of your choice.
Non-individual cremation means your pet is cremated with others, and no ashes are returned. Both options are handled with dignity and care.
Most families who choose individual cremation wish to keep their pet’s ashes in a special vessel such as an urn, casket, or scatter box.
Please note that the vessel you choose affects the overall cost of cremation. Without this information, we’re unable to provide an accurate estimate.
To view the available options, simply click the button below the Individual Cremation section on this page. This will take you directly to the crematorium’s online catalogue.
Making your selection early helps us finalise arrangements without delay or the need for follow-up calls. If you're unsure, you're welcome to browse at your own pace and let us know once you've decided.
Ashes are usually ready within 7 - 14 days, depending on the day of the euthanasia. They will be personally returned to your home by Angel Wings, not sent by post.
