APTY Medical LTD trading as ANGEL WINGS
Angel Wings is a mobile veterinary service offering in-home and in-nature euthanasia and aftercare for dogs and cats.
This includes visits for compassionate euthanasia, discussion of cremation options, and respectful transport of your pet for cremation if requested.
We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or general veterinary care, and we do not see pets outside of euthanasia visits.
Although we deal exclusively with dogs and cats for euthanasia, we are happy to help arrange cremation for other species
such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters,
and other small or exotic pets.
Please feel free to contact us if you need guidance or assistance with aftercare for a pet of a different species.
At Angel Wings, a visit is confirmed only once a date and time have been mutually agreed between the pet’s owner and our team.
Once a visit is booked and all necessary details are provided, the pet is considered under our care in the context of euthanasia. This creates a limited duty of care, specific to compassionate end-of-life support.
If the visit is cancelled or postponed, this duty of care ends, and the professional relationship between Angel Wings and the pet owner is considered closed.
We cannot provide ongoing advice, remain on standby, or hold responsibility for pets when a visit is not booked.
At Angel Wings, we take our professional duty of care seriously.
When a visit is confirmed, we ensure appropriate planning and availability, including out-of-hours support where possible.
We do not leave families unsupported without clear guidance.
We kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible if your pet’s condition changes and you wish to arrange a visit.
Please note that Angel Wings is not a general veterinary practice and does not accept ongoing responsibility for pets outside of scheduled euthanasia visits.
At Angel Wings, we understand that the need for end-of-life care can arise unexpectedly, and we do our best to accommodate urgent requests - including evenings, weekends, and Sundays - when we are available.
If your pet requires support outside of usual hours, please call us. If we are available, we will do our best to help. However, we kindly ask for at least 2–3 hours’ notice, where possible.
We are not an on-call emergency service, and we are unable to hold slots or remain on standby without a confirmed visit.
In cases where we are unavailable or fully booked, you may need to contact your registered veterinary practice or another local mobile vet for urgent support.
Please note: When we are officially on leave, the Angel Wings service is unavailable and no visits will be offered during and beyond this period.
As a practice policy, we do not answer calls from withheld or private numbers.
To ensure we can identify and respond to your call, please use a visible number or contact us by WhatsApp, or email if preferred.
Payment is required in advance
or at the time of the visit.
At present, we accept
bank transfers or cash payments.
Please note: We are temporarily unable to accept card payments.
Fees cover the visit, the euthanasia service, any agreed aftercare arrangements, and include one set of ink paw prints and hair clips.
If you have questions about pricing, we are happy to provide a detailed estimate once all relevant information has been provided.
We treat all personal information
in strict confidence.
Details such as your name, address,
contact information, and pet's details
are used only for providing our services.
We do not share any personal data with third parties, except for information required by the crematorium for aftercare arrangements.
These Terms and Conditions
may be updated from time to time.
The most current version
will always be available on our website.
By using our services,
you agree to the terms outlined above.
